I do not recommend this office. Do not answer questions unless you know 100% for certain that an issue is covered under preventative care. You will likely end up like us and receive a bill 9 months later, and billing will go through the visit paperwork to find anything they can get to stick...including whether or not a female has menstrual cramping. Apparently, saying "yes" to a doctor's question and having the doctor say "You can take Midol for that" is grounds for another $250(ish) charge to insurance. This feels like weap... read more
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Liu’s here for a few years, and I’ve always had a great experience. I complete the eCheck-in portion ahead of time on the Nebraska Medicine app, so when I get to my appointment, they ask me the few standard travel questions and I’m good to go. The medical receptionists are always so friendly, both when I get there and when I’m leaving. My wait time is minimal, and the medical assistants are kind, professional, and efficient. I have been a patient here for years, the staff are all friendly, polite, and professional. The clinics and facilities are clean, tidy, and are a quiet comfortable setting. I have been very satisfied with the doctors and nurses here who take the time to listen to me and have great bedside manner. Great location overall and would recommend to others.
Waited over 40 minutes to see doctor after being told the appointment would only take 20 minutes, causing tardiness for employment.
