Because of these reviews, I was a bit apprehensive to go here, but there was no need. Service was efficient and friendly even though they were very busy. I had to spend 3+ hours there (because of my particular tests) and witnessed them work efficiently and with smiles the entire time.

My very baseline standard/expectation from nurses at a lab are: cordial/kindness/ or compassion and of course, helpfulness. I was here for 30 seconds, treated very rudely because I didn't hold a paper copy in my hand for my orders (when my primary physician had in fact sent them before they opened the same morning). The 2 nurses at the receiving desk of the lab were snippy, harsh, uncollaborative, unhelpful and it turns out not doing their due diligence to do their job and search for orders for a patient before treating the ... read more
Tried calling for help about finding out where I needed to go for my blood work. The lady answering the phone was rude, disrespectful and condecending like I was making her life hard for not knowing her job.
Blood draw person was very rude made it as if I was making her life hard. From the minute I walked into the room harsh comments and go here. Just rude. I have NEVER had this kind of service here.
