Test were done to rule out and help me feel better about the diagnosis provided. Staff were quick and friendly. The provider was personable and thorough. The experience was great!
The only problem I have had is that when I call and the answering service answers I have the last three times I’ve been there been told the office is closed when it was open or vice versa. Literally Sunday before last I was sick and I called to see if 40th and Dodge was open and I was told that they were closed. When I waited until after 10 AM and called again, they said they were open. This has happened the last three times I’ve been there. Everyone I dealt with here was kind and professional. However, I’m not sure if it was because of the time I came (6pm - right when they open) but the PA who saw me was extremely rushed. It seems like she may have been the only one on staff seeing patients. She saw me for a total of 3 minutes, quickly prescribed two medications without explaining what they were, and seemed to be halfway out the door already when asking if I had any questions.
