This used to be a pretty good place to go when dr Vasa was my doctor but the other day my husband and I were at the clinic 3 hours and still waiting for them to call us for some results and they were supposed to call my daughter to set up an appointment for her so finally she called them herself and they had the appointment set up but didn’t bother to call and tell her so if she hadn’t called she would have missed it this clinic is going down hill fast
There is always a long wait to get signed in, then a long wait in the waiting room. But other than that Dr. Blum is the best. I don't really know much about the other doctors.
After sitting on hold for 15 minutes, i got hung up on. I called back and after 15 more minutes on hold i got an operator. There was no empathy and she acted like i was taking up her precious time. The doctors are great and so are the nurses, but the people that answer the phone need to take some customer service courses. Or maybe grow a heart. That'd work as well.
