I had a very bad experience here. I was sent here for iron infusions. At my 2nd appointment, I arrived and was checked in at the front desk. They called me back, the nurse confirmed my date of birth, took my vitals, and told me to take the seat of my choice in the infusion center area. So I did as I was told. Then I sat there for 45 minutes waiting, with no one approaching me - until a nurse came over to ask me my name. I have had amazing experience from the beginning.. From my oncologist, to her nurses, they have been nothing short of the best!
Dr. Poole is amazing! Had a double mastectomy and recovery went great! Dr. Dawson and Dr. Rachel are my reconstruction team and they are great. Dr. Geetha is wonderful. Very caring! I just started Chemo and her team are very helpful with trying to keep my pain levels manageable. I know the road to recovery will be long, but they are here for the littlest things as well!!
