I had a very bad experience here. I was sent here for iron infusions. At my 2nd appointment, I arrived and was checked in at the front desk. They called me back, the nurse confirmed my date of birth, took my vitals, and told me to take the seat of my choice in the infusion center area. So I did as I was told. Then I sat there for 45 minutes waiting, with no one approaching me - until a nurse came over to ask me my name.
