The worst customer service I have received. They sent me a bill without an account number, upon calling to get it I was told that I’d have to give my whole SS# for them to help. (No one gets my whole number) I then requested a new statement was told they cannot help without account number (which I was not provided) I said well if you cannot help then I cannot set up payments.
