Dr. Wasan Al Shaar was one of the most unprofessional doctors ever and also the clinic management is unqualified and shouldn't exist in a developed country like Canada. They are doing unethical practices that can soon get them a lawsuit. AVOID AT ALL COST!!
I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this walk-in clinic with Dr. Luay Ali Al Kazely. From the moment I walked in, he seemed rushed, impatient, and completely uninterested in actually listening to me. Instead of showing any empathy or professionalism, he raised his voice and made me feel completely dismissed and disrespected. Today was my last visit please people save your time to come to this walk in clinic first of all 2 male doctors you have to wait for them even they opens at 9am or 10 am expect to wait becouse they not there even you there first this not first time this happened only good one was there is the Lady ,last week I was there with my 2 kids they have cough the bad one that u puke From it , and just cold but the doc didn’t even check their ears and trots so I give them tailenol Advil one get better one get worse other week almost 4... read more
