I filled out a quick, simple online form to get a breast pump through my insurance. The website was recommended to me by my partner's sister. As a first time mom I had no idea how the process worked. Sara Oster reached out to explain my options and my pump was shipped to me within 2 days. The whole process took less than a week! Sara was so helpful and quick to get me my pump. Helped me with my breast pump prescription immediately, gave me helpful tips with the warranty, and delayed my shipment to closer to my due date. I would definitely say she went above and beyond.
