I hate that I have to give them one star! If you can avoid this company at ALL COSTS, you absolutely should! They are unorganized, provide misinformation over and over and over, fail to provide complete and accurate information, etc. I have been waiting to receive my breast pump since July 28th! Today is October 2nd and I'm due in less than 2 weeks. TERRIBLE! Absolutely AWFUL! AVOID!

What a delightful experience Neb Medical was! I was sent to Neb for a breastpump and was in contact with a nice lady Sara via email. She was paitent with me as we waited for my prescription to arrive but ahe stayed on top of it as well. As soon as she received it she gave me my options and had it filled and sent out. I had a VERY pleasant experience with Neb Medical Services, so much so that I figured I'd leave a review when I saw they have em they had a representative call me moments after my doctor sent in an order and she helped me with everything right then and there! I wish I remembered the reps name because she was super nice anyway, when I didn't answer an email right away she followed up with me to make sure I filled out my paperwork to get my supplies as quickly as possible.
