Trying to feed my twins in the nicu. Waiting for 2 months (from Dec2025 and now is Feb13) and calling all the time and still they do nothing. I completely dislike this company. Very unorganized. The stuff and manager are lazy even when I already made a payment of $86 for a M9 Mom cozy they made me wait for long time to ship the breas pump. My lactation consultant sent a order and prescription form for my breast pump expedite but I'm here still waiting. I hate that I have to give them one star! If you can avoid this company at ALL COSTS, you absolutely should! They are unorganized, provide misinformation over and over and over, fail to provide complete and accurate information, etc. I have been waiting to receive my breast pump since July 28th! Today is October 2nd and I'm due in less than 2 weeks. TERRIBLE! Absolutely AWFUL! AVOID!
