From the moment we walked into Neob Lavender Boutique in Niagara, we were welcomed with delicious lavender chocolates, which made the experience feel extra special. The staff member who helped us was incredibly welcoming and helpful — her warm attitude truly made a difference. The moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a soothing lavender scent that instantly felt calming and refreshing. A charming little place to explore if you enjoy relaxing aromas and unique lavender products.
Absolutely horrific experience. Staff were rude, unfriendly, and provided no service, not even a hello welcome greeting when the store was dead. Rude teenager at the checkout wouldn’t even allow us to have a second bag or post card with our purchased gifts for people. Will not be returning.
Beautiful store! I absolutely love the decoration, the fragrance, and the overall vibe—everything about it is wonderful. It’s located right in the heart of downtown Elora. I visited once last year and ended up buying so many things. I’m really glad I had the chance to go, at least once. The staff were very helpful and gave us lots of information about their products. Highly recommend this place
