Mark came to my house on a late call when I realized I had a leak under my kitchen sink! He was extremely prompt in getting here, getting the water turned off, and getting the leak fixed. He left equipment here to get my floor and under my sink dried and was great at checking in to make sure things were going as planned. Couldn’t recommend Neb-Dri enough.
I used Mark to replace a door and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. He was punctual, polite and well prepared for the job! He took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions patiently, and worked efficiently while paying close attention to detail. I'm a firm believer there is nothing Mark can't do! Amazing communication throughout the door instal, craftsmanship was amazing and worked out a great deal on the price! I'd use this guy over and over again in the future!
Mark was very prompt to bring his fans and whatever equipment was needed to dry up a flooded area under our sink that had running for who knows how long. He was very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done.
