Alyssa is AMAZING! I really enjoyed her class! Definitely a full body burner! Looking forward to more classes with her!
First time at the Brea location. Loved how they set up the place with the lighting and the disco ball 🪩 so cute! There were only eight reformers so it didn’t feel too crowded. I took Alyssa’s class and it was awesome! It was exactly what I needed in the morning. Felt challenged and sweaty the whole way through. She kicked our butts in the best way 🔥 🔥 🫶
Just started going here and I love the classes so far! All of the staff have been extremely supportive and helpful with me as a beginner! Im so happy to have found this spot so close to home. They have good class options before it after work and it’s super easy to book through their website. Will be going here weekly! Recommend to any one of all levels!
I had an amazing experience as someone who’s just starting out with Pilates. Ravina was my instructor and she guided me perfectly whenever needed. Will definitely be coming back!
