Loved my class with Emmy!
I found this studio on ClassPass, and I absolutely LOVE it. I've done a lot of yoga and mat pilates, but going here was the first time I tried the reformer...and I'm so glad this was the place I went. The instructors are incredibly supportive, kind and bonus, they have a great sense of humor! I look forward to each class, and let me tell you, the leg shakes are SO REAL afterwards.
I really enjoyed their Pilates class. My-Linh was super nice and professional. Highly recommended!
Such a great studio with workouts that are thoughtful, not too intense (in a great way), and offer modifications + balance bars to those who need extra assistance. Its 9 reformers, so small enough to feel intimate and include the ability to ask questions if needed. Don't be intimidated to try here. Also their unlimited monthly packages are a great price. Owner Kimberly is very kind. Its a new studio. Very clean. Check out their events on their website. as well!
Been coming here for about a month and have really loved everything about this place. The owner, Kimberly clearly is passionate and knows what she’s doing. I love all the little events she’s been putting on. Emmy really pushes you to be your best and I always leave her classes sweating but I love that. Taff has a ton of energy that really wakes you up and gets you moving. She really can make anyone feel super welcome.
