Maya is an incredible instructor . I’m so glad I visited the studio. I left feeling incredibly positive and motivated. The experience was both challenging and incredibly helpful.

Excellent Pilates class. Maya was welcoming, descriptive of workout and attentive to making sure my form was correct. Small class so the instructor is able to make sure you’re doing it correctly. The reformers, along with the sitting boxes & medicine ball combine to get you the full muscle burn. All quality equipment. Plus, all equipment are wiped down post class. We visit this area often, there are plenty of parking on the street. Easy and safe area. Highly recommend!

I took my first Pilates class at Neaumix Fit in Los Alamitos and had such a great experience! The instructor was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Loved my time here and the instructors are great. Introduced by sis-in-law and really enjoyed the reformer courses. The machine is very versatile and works the full body. Small, cute, very clean studio with seven reformers, air condition, water, fans--everything you need to have a great class! Located next to Shenandoah Restaurant which is also very charming with delicious food. Very quaint and peaceful garden right in front which I adore. Parking available on the street or small lot behind the studio.
