I took my first Pilates class at Neaumix Fit in Los Alamitos and had such a great experience! The instructor was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Since it was my very first class, she took the time before class to explain how the reformer worked and made sure I felt comfortable and confident getting started. Loved my time here and the instructors are great. Introduced by sis-in-law and really enjoyed the reformer courses. The machine is very versatile and works the full body. Small, cute, very clean studio with seven reformers, air condition, water, fans--everything you need to have a great class! Located next to Shenandoah Restaurant which is also very charming with delicious food. Very quaint and peaceful garden right in front which I adore. Parking available on the street or small lot behind the studio.
Just had my first class here today and was so happy with everything! The studio is clean and bright, cozy and comfortable. I have taken many Pilates classes before and found the energy here to be top-notch. Parking was super easy out front and I especially loved being able to walk across the street afterwards for an iced coffee!
Love this studio and the instructors. Marianna always gives a great workout. It’s small and intimate and overall great vibe.
