Cute studio that does Pilates-inspired workouts on a reformer. (It was a good workout, but calling it Pilates or even contemporary Pilates is a stretch.)
Loveeeee Keenas class she really pushes you through each workout I booked once randomly and came again and will be booking her class it really leaves you sore the place is very clean as well love this place it’s a vibe in itself
This studio is amazing! Super cute and small, Latina owned and great instructors! My favorite instructor so far is Desiree. I’ve been coming to her since last year and she’s super sweet but has spicy workouts! The first time I did her class I was sore for 3 days! Ahaha anywho, she can give you accommodations if you’re just starting out which is my favorite part- I felt so taken care of by her! Highly recommend you try it out

I loved the class! This is only my second Pilates class so I am still very new, but Keena is very sweet and helpful and adjusts weight to beginner levels. I also love her playlists and the studio is very peaceful and clean. Will definitely be back! Update: ALL the instructors are wonderful and have converted me into a pilates girl
