Gaby is a phenomenal instructor! I really enjoyed her style of teaching, it was conducive to a very productive mat session. It was my first time doing any sort of mat pilates and I was able to enjoy myself thanks to the overall vibe and atmosphere of the Neaumix studio. If anyone is looking for a good beginner class, I would 100% recommend you try to book a mat pilates class with Gaby! She is great :) I will definitely try to be back :)
Instructor was very attentive to detail and made everyone feel comfortable. The suggestions On how to make it a little nicer on your body truly was a plus. I will definitely be back
