Had my first Pilate class and so fun! The instructor Alberto is so knowledgeable, he kept the class so fun and at the same time you get a great workout!
Great studio! The staff is mindful of your health and experience! I was a bit lost finding the spot so for future reference try to find building 3620 and walk to the very top floor

I took a reformer Pilates class at this small yet well-curated studio and had a great experience. With a smaller class size that day, the session felt almost like a semi-private lesson, allowing for more focused attention. I especially appreciated that the reformer beds are positioned facing the mirrors, which made it much easier to monitor alignment and form throughout the movements rather than relying solely on body awareness. The Newport studio is small and intimate. The view from the second floor is amazing (as is the natural lighting). Melissa subbed today and is funny as hell and super hands on. I had a great time :)
