Our experience with this company started off poorly and got worse from there. They refused to visit the house to see the job in person, insisting we choose their services through an online form, then had us send them multiple sets of pictures. They made little effort to learn about the job prior to their arrival or to explain anything. The house belonged to my partner's late brother and the cleaning was coincidentally scheduled for the 1 year anniversary of his death, which we told them.
