Marian is such an amazing manager of our place in Whistler. He is responsive, professional, thoughtful and an excellent communicator. We have seen a dramatic increase in revenue from previous years due to his management.
We had an amazing stay right in the heart of Whistler village. Marian provided exceptionally clear instructions (with photos and arrows!) on how to get into the condo, and was very responsive to any inquiries we had (within minutes, if not seconds). All of the sleeping areas were very clean and comfortable (including the sofa bed). The bathroom and kitchen were spotless and had all the appliances necessary for a great stay. Neat Whistler provides excellent service for our AirBnB/VRBO listing. Marian works hard to get bookings yet is carefull about the guests he accepts in order to protect the property. He is fast, courteous, and helpful to guests…and in communication with us. His physical check-ins between bookings to evaluate cleaning quality and catch any damage/issues with guests goes a long way to instil confidence that everything is being taken care of. North Star 86 is a great great place. Well taken care off. Furniture is new, as well as linens with comfortable beds. Extremely clean home. Location is great, just across the Marketplace. Marian and Jaime were amazing host, friendly and helpful! Willbecomingback!
