The Neat Sweep team did an amazing job on my chimney and fireplace! Not only did they have excellent customer service and professional attitudes, they also went above and beyond to make recommendations on suggested equipment needed and useful tips. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing help with their fireplace or chimney!
After scheduling an appointment three weeks in advance, no one ever showed up, I called the company and they couldn't even find my information, I lost my day of work because of this irresponsible company. Don't waste your time with these people.
