I’ve been going to this salon for four years now, and I always leave happy, and with peace of mind, knowing that I have a place I can count on! No matter who you book with at this facility, you are always taken care of and receive exceptional service. Everyone is so kind and friendly and they have amazing Vietnamese coffee that they offer every time! Today I came in for a gel refill, and Ona took care of me and did an amazing job (as per usual). Nancy always does a great job with my pedicure.
I was not impressed. Place very cramped in my opinion. There just wasn't much kindness.
Every visit to Neat Nails is wonderful. They are very friendly and very professional. I have had Viet and On do my nails and I'm always happy when I leave. Just what a salon should be. Thank you Neat Nails!!
My first visit to this salon was a total success. I had sorely neglected my fingers and toes and Luan brought them back to life! He is a great nail technician; friendly, precise, gentle and thorough. The salon is clean and organized and the employees appear to enjoy each other’s company.
