Anna was professional and detailed. She made my sad, scary nails look pretty and classy again! I opted to keep them short and use builder gel on my natural nails and allow them to heal. Booked for 2 weeks out before leaving.
It was my first time here and I’ll definitely be back. Everyone was very friendly and my spa pedicure was just what the doctor ordered. My feet look and feel sooo much better! Even more so than having happy feet was just the general vibe there. They were so welcoming and really know how to treat their clients.
The Neat Nails salon is always a wonderful experience. I am a regular customer since 2017 when I first stepped into the salon as a walk in. The nail techs do fabulous work and my nails look lovely when done.
I unfortunately did not have the best experience after i left the salon. I got a builder gel pedicure and within the same day my big toe nail popped off after a dip in the hot tub, went back, got it fixed for free and a few hours later another pops off. Asked for a refund and they gave me a store credit which was very nice, however i do not live in the area. Was fantastic until my nails started popping off
I have been getting my nails done for several years, acrylic. I could not be happier, always lasting at least 3 weeks. Large color selection as well.
