I had a negative experience here. I asked for gel french tips, and the color she used for the base was this horrible dark orange that didn’t look good at all, and then did the white tip EXTREMELY THIN. Like ridiculously thin. I told her on the first nail that I did not like it, and asked to switch the color and make the line thicker. She said “thicker?” And I said yes I wanted more of a line and I didn’t like the color. I absolutely love Neat Nails! The staff here is always so friendly and professional, and the owners—such a kind and inviting couple—truly make this place special. You can tell they work hard together to make their salon thrive, and it shows in everything from the warm atmosphere to the consistent quality of their work. I had a lovely and relaxing spa pedicure at Neat Nails. My feet feel clean and soft. The space is comfortable and friendly. I even liked the massage chair.

I just got a lovely mani and pedi with Nancy I believe. She was sweet and did a fantastic job. I really needed a little spa day and I’m very happy. I was so happy to see I could book online so simply. The products and services in a menu to choose from was so nice I felt like I was definitely spoiling myself. So many colors; a clean and friendly place with smiling service providers. I’d love to come back soon.
