This post was originally a 5 star raving review for Neat Garage who installed my storage and Epoxy Floor that included a 10 year warranty. When I needed a small warranty repair for some chips in the floor I learned Garaginzation bought them out. I was told they would send a tech out to fix it and they never showed. I called and was refereed to Angie, a manager in Texas who said they would not warranty the floor but would work with me to get it fixed. Garaginization far exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. Our salesman Hunter was extremely knowledgeable and designed our garage beautifully and extremely functional. Had an excellent experience planning for our garage renovation and am thoroughly enjoying the experience after the install. Very high quality workmanship on our floors and shelves. Had a few challenges with scheduling but they worked diligently to resolve to our satisfaction. They are new to the Orlando market, but are very customer-focused. I felt like we were in good hands throughout the process. Highly recommend for anyone looking for high quality and reliable installation.
