Worked with Neat on a mortgage that had to close within three weeks. They were able to make it happen and were very responsive to my questions the entire way. Great company to work with, would highly recommend.
My wife and I applied thru a "well known" local bank. They went two weeks without communication. A friend in the real estate business suggested Tom F at Neat Capital. Tom was very plain about what he could do. He said he could have a commitment within two days of the original banks commitment and said he would try to close on our original closing date. Did a real estate rental transaction for the VP of National Sales, Chris Carmichael, of Neat Capital. Found him an excellent tenant for his rental property at the time in Stamford. He never paid the listing commission owed. Not only did my calls and texts fall on deaf ears after the tenant I found moved in, the broker/owner of my company reached out to Chris with the same result.
