Refinancing with Neat was one of the most frustrating, unprofessional experiences I've ever had. Communication was essentially non existent. It took over 6 months to close on our refinance and that's with excellent credit! Our application was somehow "lost in space" and no one would take responsibility, if I hadn't repeatedly called to check on the status I'm sure we'd still be waiting. They are unbelievably delayed. It has been 5 months since initiating my refinance with them. I've now had to re upload my documents 5 separate times.
