It is a good feeling when you enter a doctor's office and you are recognized by face and name as soon as you walk through the door on just a second visit. This makes you feel at home. The service and attention given is excellent. The doctor (Dr. Merritt), is very attentive and listens to you, even if you feel inadequate, interest is shown in all you have to say. The staff is very courteous and professional and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you given the proper information and help you understand if you do not. Dr.Merritt is also very professional and helps you understand the process and procedures of whatever your situation ma be. I have been a patient with Dr Merritt for over six years and I am very pleased with her commitment to help us through our difficult times. I would recommend Dr Merritt office to friends and family.
After speaking with Mrs Neasha, she is a no nonsense, direct with her patients doctor and I absolutely love it.
