Dr Merritt took time to explain her POC and listened to and addressed my concerns. I am very hay to be under her care.
I know she means well but I am sorry she does not listen nor cares how one’s feels. I tried to explain to her how I was feeling and said she doesn’t care about excuses just facts however she couldn’t even tell me anything about my chart. I am going to look for another PCP. This will be the second one from Orlando health I am going to replace
I started seeing this doctor four years ago! At first, everything was great, but since 2025, whenever I try to make an appointment, she refuses to see me! I’ve gone to the office in person to request an appointment, and they still refuse. The office is empty—there are no patients—yet the excuse is always that she is traveling or her schedule is full. She might be a good doctor but personally I don’t “click” with her. Your primary should listen to ALL before judging.
