Dr. Merrit displayed a clear lack of empathy and professionalism. It is a good feeling when you enter a doctor's office and you are recognized by face and name as soon as you walk through the door on just a second visit. This makes you feel at home. The service and attention given is excellent. The doctor (Dr. Merritt), is very attentive and listens to you, even if you feel inadequate, interest is shown in all you have to say.
