we recently moved into a new place and needed all the carpets cleaned. the price was good and the team did an excellent job. what really stood out was how friendly brady was. while he was working, our washer had an issue and water spilled all over the laundry room and entryway. brady was super helpful and used his wet vac to get the floors almost totally dry. if he hadn't been there, i would have had to use a bunch of towels to clean it up.
I wish all my customer experiences were as good as this one. I had some antique rugs that meant a lot to me. After we got a new dog, the rugs ended up with some tough stains and strong smells that I didn’t notice for a while. I even left them outside for a long time, thinking they were ruined because they are handwoven and have delicate dyes. I had a great experience with Nearm's Carpet's & Rug Service. They were very accommodating, especially after my closing was delayed multiple times. I really appreciated their understanding and courtesy. Jalen did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets, which had quite a bit of smoke damage and various stains from heavy cigarette use and a kerosene heater left by the previous owners. When Jalen finished, the carpets looked brand new! I would definitely recommend this service to anyone needing a thorough carpet cleaning.
I had an incredible experience with my carpet cleaning! I had white carpets that showed dirt easily and looked worn in the busy areas. I tried cleaning them myself with various products, but nothing worked. After having the carpets cleaned by the team at Nearm's Carpet's & Rug Service, they look as good as new! I just wish I had called them sooner instead of waiting until I moved out to get the carpets cleaned. Next time, I won’t hesitate!
Ruben did an amazing job on our carpet cleaning. Our rug was almost unusable, but he brought it back to looking brand new. Since it was an expensive rug, we were really happy to save it. He also cleaned our furniture, making it look fresh again. Now we can enjoy our space without worrying about dust or pollen.
