Nearm's Carpet's And Cleaning cleaned the carpet in my apartment after I had already used a Rug Doctor myself, and I was amazed at how much dirt was still coming out. John went above and beyond to make sure my carpets looked fresh and smelled clean. You can tell he really cares about his work, and I appreciated how flexible he was with my busy schedule. It's rare to find companies that focus so much on making customers happy, but they really do!
My wife and I just moved into our new home and wanted to have the carpets cleaned before bringing in our furniture. Harrison came by to give us a quote and finished the carpet cleaning the next day. The price was very fair and more affordable compared to other quotes we got. We really appreciated the honesty, hard work, and great customer service provided.
