I recently had my carpets and some upholstered furniture cleaned by Nearm's Carpet Cleaning after they got dirty and stained during my move. Terrence provided excellent customer service, coming back to tackle a few stubborn spots. He and his team worked quickly and carefully, using shoe covers and drop cloths to keep everything clean. If you need stains removed or want your carpets and fabrics sanitized, I highly recommend their services. My whole house now smells fresh and clean!
I reached out to schedule a carpet cleaning, and the person on the phone, Brian, asked me to send a picture of my carpet. After looking at the photo, he called back and explained that my carpet was best suited for dry cleaning. He suggested it would be easier and more affordable for me to take care of it at a local dry cleaner instead of having a company do it.
