Unprofessional and disorganized. When we lived at one of their flagship properties, we could never get attention or advice in a timely manner. The cherry on top was when they rented our apartment less than a week after we left but still charged us for rent through the end of our lease. They were receiving rent from two people for the same apartment. When confronted they said we have no claim because the new tenant's lease only began after ours ended. I would give them less than 1 star if it were an option, however it is not. This company are slumlords. They make promises and are incapable of delivering on anything, their word is worth nothing, and they treat people like they are nothing. There is no customer service and their properties are not properly maintained, use at your own risk. They exist only to waste peoples time.
