Zak agreed to install a sun sail to shade our very sunny patio. Zak is a smart guy and a problem solver. He’s also a very kind person and easy to work with. We love being able to use our newly shaded patio. Thanks Zak!
They are about 70% done finishing our basement. The area is about 1k sq feet with bedroom, storage room, full bathroom, large living room, and a full Wet bar. The attention to detail is impressive. Great communication and fantastic work. Will post photos and update when finished. Can’t recommend Zak and team enough.
Zach does great work. He’s diligent, timely, and had creative solutions for our projects. I highly recommend him.
He did a great job with removing our old above stove microwave and replacing it with an externally vented range hood. He worked fast and got everything done all in one day. He protected our kitchen from dust and debris while working and made sure to clean up anything that didn't land on a drop cloth. Highly recommend Nearby Handy Guy!
Zak remodeled my master bathroom into a handicap accessible bathroom. It is stunning, safe and functional. His work is of high quality. He also added more lighting to a dark bathroom. His wife Britt picked out the beautiful finishing touches. He also added a tall toilet in both of my bathrooms and installed a new water heater. I would hire Zak again for my next project and I highly recommend him.
