Absolutely wonderful service and top-notch carpet cleaning job! I couldn't bring my rugs in, so they offered to pick them up right from my house, making things super easy. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly. When the day came, Jesse and Hayden arrived right on time and got straight to work. I had my favorite Oriental rug cleaned and I am extremely happy with the results. The rug looks better than I ever expected! There was a big pet urine stain, and I thought the rug was ruined.
