TERRIBLE experience! They're disorganized and uncommunicative. I had so much trouble getting any information from them. They left closing coordination details to the last minute, causing a ton of stress for me as a seller. They MAIL checks, rather than wire transferring them, and they didn't even send my mortgage closing check to the proper location. If you have a choice, choose a different title company.
