If you are thinking about using this Title company-don't. I sold my house and the buyer went with Near North Title Group. We were to close on July 1, 2026. On June 30th, one day before, my real estate agent was told that closing was going to be delayed. Mind you, plumbing concessions had to be done on the 30th, I planned my vacation, scheduled to have the utilities disconnected, etc. When asked why, no one would answer and return our calls and emails.
