Cruz came out within 24 hours to fix my water heater. I called and he was very sympathetic that we didn’t have any hot water 😭 he came right out on a Saturday and was very nice and was quick to identify the problem with my water heater. Even though he identified the problem he still checked the entire system to see if there were any other issues. I was very happy with the service provided and the cost as well. If I have any other issues I’ll definitely be using this company and will be recommending others as well!!!
I called about my hot water heater not lighting up. This gentleman told me how to get it working over the phone, when everyone else I called wanted to send a technician out. I highly recommend him.
I contacted Cruz to come out and hydrojet a mainline for one of my customers. After spending 1 hour 20 mins on the jobsite they were gone and claimed to have cleared the roots in the mainline. I was charged $800 for 2 hours of work with no camera inspection. After doing a camera inspection myself I found the same amount of roots in the line as before, as if they didn't even hydrojet at all! Unfortunately have to change my review to a 1 star. My tenants complained of a sulfur smell coming from a new water heater install by Cruz. I filled out an online form on 5 Feb and also texted Cruz's personal cell with no answer. I bought a gas leak detector and as soon as I walked into the house it reported 1% LEL. I then checked both gas connections on the water heater unit and it spiked to 4% LEL and 6% LEL. A very dangerous situation for this family and their newborn.
