Very Pleasant and Quite Community – I have been living in the park for almost a year now. I enjoy how quite and well-kept the community is and enjoy the common areas. Everything is very well maintained, clean, and nice mix of people living on the community. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the nature.
Near Lakes Mobile Home Community has been operating since 1992. Terry & Joan Miller purchased it in 2001 & further developed the 44 lot 15 acre rolling hill community. The circular 1/2 mile roads are paved & the park is maintained beautifully. We currently have 4 lots available for a mobile home owner to move their home in. Lot rent is $185 per month & includes grass maintenance, water & trash pickup. We also own 25 of the 44 homes in the park & they are available for yearly rental.
