Giving a 1 star rating because I cannot give a Zero. Part of a large party with a prefix option. One of the limited choices was Salmon. When I questioned what were the sides I was informed spinach. I let the waitress know I was highly allergic to spinach and please make sure none was on my plate. She then came back to tell me the Manager, Michael said, "No--he has to order something else from the list." My wife and I had 6:00 reservations yesterday for an early New Year Eve dinner. When we arrived, we were promptly seated at a nice table in the dining room. The waiter was very nice and opened our bottles of wine and poured them for us. We asked for a bucket of ice for my wife's white wine, but that didn't come until half way through the meal. We hosted our sons’ baptisms at Neapoli Italian Kitchen in Red Bank and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was professional, attentive, and made the entire event run smoothly while making our guests feel genuinely taken care of. The food was outstanding. This review is long overdue, but for no other reason than life got in the way. The team at Neapoli is incredible! We hosted my parents’ surprise 50th Anniversary Party for about 50 people, there in December of 2024. Louis and the team could not have been any more accommodating! The food was delicious and even though we had a pre-set menu, we did have a few one-off requests from some of our guests, and never did it feel like it was an issue or concern!
