Neans is the best, friendly, knowledgeable and listens.
Neans went out of her way to botch referrals, be offensive on the first visit three times, and seems engaged in patient chasing, with a side of defrauding an insured Medicaid person of their right to proper treatment. She purposefully did a referral using wrong reason they don't do, to ensure it's denial. She resubbed same referral leaving six other conditions off, just naming one, to insure it wasn't referred again, and is pretty sneaky at this.
