What a wasted opportunity to making a difference this "service" is. Staff who know nothing about mental health, or even basic counselling skills causing more trouble than I had to begin with. Having me in tears & trying to push me to do things i wasnt able too. I've been trying to see a psychologist & a psychiatrist for years on the Eyre Peninsula but they couldn't arrange that. Most of the things they said they would do, they didn't & finally after all their promises, they cut you off with zero support.
