I must say that I'm very impressed with my Case Manager Joe Billings. He goes over and beyond his care of duty. I've had 4 hook ups with him now. He is always so kind friendly helpful and patient. I will really miss him when he goes away to the UK for about 6 weeks. But I know that I will be well looked after with his co-worker Tamika whom I've met before she also seems very nice .kind regards Samantha
Spoke to Aaron on 23/4/19 about supports. Aaron flatly advised me they do not help homeless people on a DSP.
