I can't comment on Neal's business specifically but Neal himself (or whoever drives his truck) is a complete gentleman. When I got stuck in the mud he stopped and pulled me out no questions asked! He would not accept any cash and he would not call me an idiot no matter how much I told him I deserved it.
After Helene, we found the point of attachment had been pulled from the house. Naturally, everyone was busy with appointments, including Neal. After another company fixed half the problem, we found out they didn't replace the POA. I sent Neal a text, early in the morning, to see if he'd return my call after he opened for business.
