Actually no it was not a great experience. We called for service Jan 3, got a phone call Jan 15 to pay the bill that we never received. I asked how much, nearly fell off my chair. They charge you for their technician to tell you his personal problems. I said to send me a bill and I would send them their money. 7 months later get a notice in mail my account is overdue. My new furnace is wondeffil! Price was right
Charged over $1000 dollars to change a part on a hot water tank and deemed the hot water tank as " needing replacement due to condition" on the same bill. At no point did anyone from there pause and think any common sense or did they even price or suggest a new tank before completing the $1000 dollar temporary repair. The Bill charged three hours labour Plus service call when entire job including diagnosis was less than one hour and 15 minutes. The part price was almost double for identical part elsewhere. Highly recommend Neal’s heating and cooling, service technician, very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Very reasonable price for the amount of time spent on site.
