I last saw Neil the Barber years ago at another location. He now has a better shop located behind East Main Street & Grace Avenue: harder to find but more spacious and quiet! Great haircut, Beard grooming, conversations and ICONIC SHOULDER MASSAGE! I'LL BE BACK!! The conversation is local, UNCENSORED, unsolicited and spontaneous! AWESOME Experience!
