He is very nice, honest, and affordable. He was willing to work us in on his already busy day to get us back on the road so we could get home.
Traveling through on our way back to Iowa. Had starting issues after checking into our hotel. They gave me his number and I called on a chance seeing it was a Saturday afternoon. He answered and came to me read the codes, scratched his head, cleared the codes and bingo it started. He didn’t charge me but told me to call in the morning if it didn’t start and he would come out and get us back on the road. Great guy, small town service!
Neil's Auto IS the best mechanic in Pawhuska and surrounding area. Fast, reasonably-priced, and honest, he'll work on nearly anything going wrong with your vehicle. I highly recommend Neil's Auto.
Billy got me my truck into his shop in a pinch and had it fixed the next day. Met me at the shop outside of normal business hours to pick my truck up. Highly recommended!
