I found Larry Anderson at this firm to lack foresight and responsibility, to be dismissive, unresponsive and uncaring.
So much to write but here’s your canary in the mine shaft: When we finally settled my case, my lawyer sent me a draft settlement for review prior to sending to the opposing counsel for signature. The draft had the wrong names, typos, irrelevant paragraphs not related to the case, and mismatched font and formatting. My lawyer responded in a later e-mail with “thank you for your patients.” Again, I could on and on but do yourself a favor and trust the crowd on these ratings.
Avoid!.. I was directed through metlife legal to use this provider. He took my money and then and did not return my calls. His staff continuously lost my paperwork and was rude about it.
