Nealey Tire is awesome, highly recommended. Prices seem reasonable and they do a great job of keeping you in the loop which is not something all shops do well. Really like their fully digital online estimate system, which they also used to send me videos of my terrible brakes in need of repair. Cool touch. Bonus points for Danielle giving me a ride home when I went to drop off the car! Great shop, would do business with them again.
I was blown away by the customer service at Nealey Tire and Auto in Deale. Danielle was the kindest person I have ever encountered at a car service center. She welcomed me with a smile and a positive, solution oriented demeanor and quickly assessed what I needed and promised me she would have my tire replaced and ready for pick up the next morning. She kept in touch every step of the way, and she kept her promise. This auto shop is exemplary in every way. I highly recommend! Danielle, you are awesome!
