They were recommended by a friend who swears by them. I took my SUV in there and was completely satisfied. Their prices are definitely lower than what I was used to. The only issue is trying to get an appointment because everyone else is going there too. Give them a chance, you'll be satisfied. One other thing, I've found little things fixed without asking. Nothing major but someone there fixed my hood that was hard to open. It pops open now like it is supposed it. Guys are great!
After a day they told me my truck was next in line to be looked at. 24 hours later I called to inquire, and it was 3rd in line. I was told they made a mistake, but who knows for sure if it was accidental. Quote came out to around $500 for two ignition coils. Seemed high so I called several mechanic friends that aren't local. In their words the estimate was "criminally high", and they told me to run and never look back. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST!!!! Took a Saturn in to have the clutch replaced COST $ 1,400.00. I drove it to South Carolina and after two weeks the same problem came back. I figured it was under warranty so I rented a dolly and towed it 500 miles back to Maryland. Nope he says it is something else wrong with the clutch and it's not covered under the warranty.
