Nealys service is next to none.the people who work there are great and service is great. They would get 5 stars from me if it wasn't for their prices. Thay are much higher than most. The 2 times I have used them. The price was actually double what the dealership would have charged. But they provide a loaner vehicle which the dealership does not. There are pros and cons. But that being said im happy with their work

From start to finish, it was a great experience. The inspection was thorough and I was able to make an appointment for repairs for the following morning. The breaks were completed the same day about 2 or 3 hours ahead of schedule. The price of the repairs were significantly less than other places that gave me a quote. Staff was incredibly friendly and polite and kept me very informed about the repair progress.
Great staff at the Edgewater store. My car needed multiple major (expensive) repairs. The staff worked with me to prioritize safety and consuled me wisely with my budget concerns. I'm very happy with my experience.
