Like most insurance, I've had little need to use my insurance, but when I have, they've been there. I've been with the agency since about 1980. I did shop around a few years back and found the other major companies all quote me higher premiums.
I been with Neal for over 10 years. True small town customer service. I have been able to stop in any time and I’m treated like family. I have dealt with Dana most of the time and she is totally wonderful. Always a smile and truly wants to help. Thank you for all the years of support and friendship.
