Neal Tires in Havana, Illinois. Great experience on multiple occasions. I just bought a set of tires for my wife's car and they did a free inspection of the front suspension and brakes. Turns out my brakes were pretty worn. 2 days later my wife has a screw in her new tire. No problem. Bring it in and we'll fix it. Done. This week I decided to upgrade the tires on my truck. Kelly and the Mechanics are great! I dealt with Kelly but the team did a great job! Both times I took my work van there they did and outstanding job! I'd say they even went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Kelly and the Mechanics...sounds like a garage band from the 80s!lol (bet they'd rock that too!) If you need anything or your car's a knocking- go and see Kelly! She is a breath of fresh air compared to every mechanics shop I've seen anywhere!
