Shame on YOU! AWFUL is to good of a score for this establishment....... This place is a money hungry place but then again if I gave the service that this place does I guess I would get the money any way possible, even if I had to rip off the customer. I was told that I needed new bearings for my car following an alignment that didn't happen. So trying to help this establishment out I went and bought the parts for them to save them time. Concerned Where did the old Neal Tire go? I can remember the good old days of yester year when you walked in the store and you were greeted with a smile and left with a handshake. Just a few years ago Customer Service meant something to the management of Neal Tire. Are you kidding me? This company runs about as slow as a 7 year itch. If you go to this establishment be sure and take a book with you, you are gonna be there awhile. I do believe that my Grandma could do an oil change faster then this so called trained individuals. I could do my own oil change but decided since they were offering a $7 off coupon, what the heck I would just let them do it. Over 90 minutes later, I was still waiting for my car to be finished.
